FAQ's in detail

is hypnothapy dangerous?

As mentioned in my previous answers, I cannot make you do something you do not want to do and that includes placing yourself in any form of jeopardy. Since as early as the 1950's both the British Medical Association (BMA) and the American Medical Association (AMA) have approved the use of hypnotherapy.

And if you’re wondering whether you could get stuck in a trance, the answer is a big NO. Being in a trance is a little like day dreaming and even if I wasn’t there to bring you round, eventually your mind would get bored and start sending messages for you to open your eyes.

In certain circumstances Hypnotherapy can uncover previously hidden feelings, memories and associated emotions that you may not have even realised existed but a suitably qualified and well trained hypnotherapist will be able to guide you to a successful resolution.
