Hypnotherapy for Anxiety

I've seen a huge increase in the number of clients I see for anxiety related disorders.

Anxiety disorders are a common occurrence.  In fact, according to surveys one in four people are likely to suffer from an anxiety disorder at some stage of their life. 

Anxiety disorders should not be confused with stress. Stress is regarded as a normal response to the pressures of everyday life such as work deadlines or family commitments.  

The term anxiety covers four aspects of experiences an individual may encounter; physical symptoms, mental apprehension, tension and dissociation.

Anxiety disorders can make it difficult to cope with day to day living but hypnotherapy can help!

Anxiety can feel different from person to person but symptoms can include; Sweating, Palpitations, Hot Flushes, Pins and Needles, Quickening of Breathing, Restlessness, Headaches, Aches and Pains, Problems Sleeping, Panic Attacks, Nausea, Teeth Grinding. 


Hypnotherapy can work well treating anxiety disorders, here are some of the types of anxiety disorders that hypnotherapy can help with;

I believe that the most effective way to cure anxiety disorders permanently is to address what’s causing them, after all there’s no point papering over cracks if we are here for the duration. I will use a variety of hypnotherapy, hypnosis and NLP techniques aimed at getting to the root of the problem all with the added bonus of achieving wonderfully deep levels of relaxation.
